We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals who have faced adversity, abuse, or neglect, while also offering a permanent sanctuary for those who cannot be placed in forever homes. Through unwavering commitment, compassion, and community support, we strive to create a world where every animal experiences the miracle of love, care, and a second chance at life. Together, we are the voices and wings of hope for the voiceless, as we work towards a future where every creature can spread their wings and dream.

Our history
Miracle Angel Rescue and Sanctuary was founded in 2018 by Yusley Perez, whose passion for rescuing and rehabilitating animals began at a young age. The sanctuary was established with the mission to provide a safe haven for abandoned, abused, and neglected animals, offering them a second chance at life. The inspiration behind the name “Miracle Angel” stems from a touching personal experience where Yusley rescued a new born puppy who was going to be put down, named Angel, who went on to make a miraculous recovery and became a symbol of hope and resilience.
Miracle Angel Rescue and Sanctuary operates out of the homes of those involved in the beautiful mission, relying one hundred percent on the support of Yusley and her husband. Miracle Angel aims to inspire the next generation of animal advocates and foster a culture of kindness and respect towards all living beings.
As we look to the future, Miracle Angel Rescue and Sanctuary remains committed to its mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need. They plan to expand and build a facility, enhance its care programs, and forge stronger partnerships with other animal welfare organizations.

Oam Perez

As the co-founder of MARS, Oam plays a vital role in the day-to-day care and operation of the animals at the sanctuary. Giselle Gonzalez
